Janiece Hope, PhD, currently leads the analytical spectroscopy efforts at Clorox. Her breadth of expertise includes product development and launch experience, project management and personnel development experience and a wide range of analytical experience in spectroscopy, separations, and data handling gained from bioanalytical and consumer product work. In her work she tends to bridge science and business and as a result, she is the co-founder of J.W. Hope Consulting, which specializes in business and technology consulting, including management strategy and tactics, innovation strategies, small business start-ups, and technology management.
